I am thinking about decorating the bedroom in something like this.You know how I love red and Toile
Or this. I really love this one, but it is quite a bit more expensive. Will it look ok with my dark finish furniture?? Tell me what you think!

Both are absolutely lovely!! Either one would look good with the dark finish. The layering is what sets it off. Close your eyes and pick one!!
Hello Lorri; I think I am in Love, lo with the bedding that is. I love red too and the toile just makes it all the more better. I think it will be great with a dark finish. So go for it... Let us all see when you get it all done.

Hi Lori - I think there is enough cream in both patterns to fit in beautifully with your gorgeous dark sleigh bed. But if you go for the first option, then you absolutely HAVE to keep your matching desk organiser to tie in with it!! Hope you've had a great day, and that the week is full of lovely things for you!

I like both of them. I'm kind of wishing now that I didn't go with the country blue carpet in my bedroom. Red is more cheery than that ugly blue I have.

That's a hard one as I love red and toile myself, but I like the contrast of the bedskirt on the bottom picture. I think either would look great with dark furniture.
