Canton Finds

Here are some things I picked up at Canton this weekend. I bought this wonderful feather nest with the eggs and cute little bird at Laurie Anna's Vintage Home. She has so many wonderful finds, it is difficult to make up your mind what to buy.
I also bought this cream cake stand at the Arbors site where her booth is. It is also available in a soft blue.

I found this cute hen and nest for $4! I remember my Granny having some of these. I am wondering what they were originally used for? I remember she kept jelly beans in hers at Easter time. If anyone out there remembers how they were used please let me know.
I didn't stay long on Friday. Just a few hours. Hopefully next month I will turn up more fun things for the house. Have a great week.
Hugs,
Lorri

I stumbled on to your blog and I really like it. Especially the mid-century vintage. Cute!

Where is the Pie Man located? Not the same as Royer's right? I will definately have pie at the show, always do. Wish you could make it out.
